Mr. Tatarsky has a wide range of business experience from developing raw ideas into market opportunities to working with multi-billion dollar conglomerates. He has created, introduced and marketed several consumer products. Hank Haney, Tiger Woods’ golf coach, endorsed a golf product which he marketed on the Golf Channel, ESPN and Fox Sports Network. Prior to developing new businesses, Mr. Tatarsky was a corporate consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP, where he helped launched the Sony PlayStation business.

Mr. Failing is currently a Managing Partner at Alerion Partners, a Connecticut-based venture capital firm, and he received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Tufts University.

Over his 30-year career, Mr. Failing has served as CEO, founder, investor and/or board member of growth companies resulting in an IRR of over 59%.
